Sarah
Naranjo (Santa Fe HS), who led
the Falcons in kills, was named 1st Team All-South
Coast Conference, while freshman defensive
specialist
Angelica
Sievers (St. Joseph HS) was a
2nd Team selection. The Falcons finished the season
with a 9-14 season record and were 6-8 in conference
action.
Naranjo led the
team with 270 kills and averaged 2.81 kills per
game. She was also third on the team with 97 digs
and also contributed 22 service aces and 17 blocks.
As for Sievers, she appeared in 95 of the team's 97
games and led the squad with 163 digs. Adding to
that, Sievers also was third on the team with 28
service aces.
