Long Beach Jordan HS:
As a senior, she was named 1st Team
All-Moore League after averaging 17 points, 12
rebounds and five assists a game… Named her
team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior and
junior… While on the junior varsity team as a
junior, she averaged 15 points, 10 rebounds and
four assists a game and was named their Most
Valuable Player… Averaged 12 points and seven
rebounds her sophomore year after accounting for
10 points and five rebounds as a freshman…
Personal:
Most memorable moment was when she scored 37
points and pulled down 12 rebounds in a game
against Oak Park High (IL)… Would like to
transfer to Cal State Long Beach, UCLA or Duke
or Tennessee… Aspires to be either an athletic
trainer or CSI… Is related to Hall of Fame
baseball player Tony Gwynn… Likes to go dancing
in her spare time… Nicknamed “D-Way”… Has three
siblings – DeAndre (24), Monty (16) and Amber
(14)… Is the daughter of Maury Washington and
Bridget Beuford… Born in Fountain Valley, CA on
