her team win the state championship as a senior…
Was an All-State, 1st Team All-City
and the Co-Most Valuable Player of the South
Conference… Averaged 16 points, seven rebounds
and four assists a game and was selected to play
in a state all-star game… Scored 14 points with
five rebounds and four assists as a junior… Team
also won the city championship her freshman
year… Was also a member of the volleyball,
softball and tennis teams… Volleyball team won
the city championship as a freshman…..
Personal:
Most memorable moment was when she scored 25
points, with 10 rebounds and five assists, while
also recording the game-winning steal right
before the buzzer… Is working on a minor in
French and would like to transfer to the
University of California-Berkeley… Is studying
to be an Egyptologist and archeologist… Her
father played basketball and football in high
school, while her mom ran cross country… Likes
to read in her spare time… Nicknamed “L.A.”… Has
seven siblings – Shanae (28), ShannaKay (25),
ShaDe (24), Kelvin (20), KelKeith (19), Kelvon
(16) and Kurtis (13)… Is the daughter of Kelvin
