Saw action in 15 games and contributed
two goals and two assists… Had the lone assist in a 1-0
win over El Camino College and picked up another helper
in the win over MiraCosta College… Spent three seasons
on the soccer team and one year with the volleyball team
while in high school… As a senior, she was invited to
play in a senior all-star game… Was her team’s Most
Valuable Player as a sophomore and earned their Best
Defensive Player award her freshman season… Most
memorable moment was when her team defeated King Drew
Medical School, 7-0… Her mom, brothers, sister and
cousins all played soccer in high school… Would like to
transfer to Cal State Dominguez Hills… Likes to play
soccer in her spare time… Is the twin sister of teammate
Guadalupe… Nicknamed “Chio”… Has three brothers – Raul
(21), Jimmy (18) and David (18)… Is the daughter of
Santiago and Alicia Sanchez… Born in Los Angeles, CA on
January 11, 1987….. |
