Norwalk HS:
Spent four years on the soccer team… Helped the
team to a 6-2-9 record as a senior after they
went 7-2-8 her junior year… Named All-Suburban
League Honorable Mention as a junior… Team
posted a 4-2-10 record as a sophomore after
losing all of their games her freshman season…..
Personal:
Most memorable moment was her goal in a 1-0 win
over Artesia High her senior year… Would like to
transfer to Cal State Fullerton… Is the cousin
of Mitzy Mendez, who played softball for the
Falcons… Likes to go camping and hiking in her
spare time… Nicknamed “Vero”… Has three siblings
– Eugene (16), Guadalupe (14) and Adrian (9)… Is
the daughter of Jose and Maria Mendez… Born in
Huntington Park, CA on June 20, 1988….. |
