Joining the Cerritos College staff for his first season is Jose Esparza. A product of Mayfair High School, Esparza also played soccer at Long Beach City College. His professional playing career includes a year with Chivas de Guadalajara, a 3^rd Division team, as well as two years with Atlante, which is a 2^nd Division team. In addition to coaching with the Falcons, Esparza and has been working with the Chivas USA team for the last three years and has worked with the Mayfair High team. Esparza also runs a camp in conjunction with Chivas USA.
