| Was a
member of the Falcon water polo team this past
season… Named All-American and 1st team
All-Southern California… Also voted one of the South
Coast Conference Tri-Players of the Year… Finished
second on the team with 42 goals and tied for the
team lead with 20 assists, with a team-high 42
steals… Played only water polo in high school…
Helped team place second in the CIF Championships as
a senior after leading them to the Almont League
title… Was a four-time all-league selection and
earned 1st Team All-CIF recognition as a
senior and freshman… Named 3rd Team
All-CIF her junior year and 2nd Team
All-CIF as a sophomore… Voted the team’s Most
Valuable Player as a freshman… Played for current
Falcon head coach Sergio Macias… Most memorable
moment was when her team played in the CIF
championship game… Would like to transfer to UCLA
and aspires to be a pediatrician… Has three siblings
– Elvira, Jorge and Hector… Is the daughter of
Manuel and Margarita Carrillo… Born in Los Angeles,
CA on May 5, 1988….. |
