Gahr HS: Spent three seasons on the swimming and water polo teams… Set the league record in the 50-yard freestyle (26.62) as a senior and was a two-time team MVP… Won the league championship in 50-yard freestyle both years, while winning the league title in the 100-yard freestyle as a junior... Named the swimming and water polo team’s Most Valuable Player as a junior and senior, while being selected the water polo team’s Most Inspirational Player as a freshman and sophomore…..
