| Was a member of the Falcon
cross country team this past season… Placed 36th
at the state championships after coming in 24th
place at the Southern California Championships…
Finished in sixth place at the South Coast
Conference Championships and was named 1st
Team All-Conference… Was a two-time All-League
selection and was voted her team’s Most Valuable
Player as a junior and senior in high school…
Also spent two years on the track and field team
and one season on the water polo team… Most
memorable moment was when she came back to win
her leg of a 1600-meter race which allowed her
team to win the race… Is also working in a minor
in dance… Father was a cross country runner in
Mexico… Likes to dance in her spare time… Has
two brothers – Jose (20) and Francisco (10)… Is
the daughter of Miguel and Angelica Negrete…
