| Was a member of the state
championship team last season… Placed fourth in
the hammer throw at the South Coast Conference
Championships and sixth in the discus… Turned in
personal best throws in the hammer (124’ 1”),
discus (100’ 11”), javelin (96’ 10”) and shot
put (31’ 4”)… Spent four seasons on the track
and field team in high school… Was the Suburban
League championship in the shot put as a
freshman and was named her team’s Most
Outstanding Newcomer… Also played two years on
the football team… Aspires to be either a parole
or probation officer or work in law enforcement…
Her bother, Michael (27), played football and
track in high school and was on the Falcon
football team… Likes to watch movies, play
football and wrestle with her brother… Nicknamed
“Cornbread”… Is the daughter of Vivian Peggott…
