Cerritos Cross Country (2006): Was a member of the Falcon cross country team this past season… Placed 65^th overall at the state championships, as the team came in seventh place… Came in 19^th place in the South Coast Conference Championships, followed by a 60^th place finish at the Southern California Championships…..

Long Beach Poly HS: Did not compete on the track and field team in high school… Spent three years on both the cross country and softball teams… Helped lead her high school cross country team to two straight Moore League championships… Posted a personal best time of 20:03… Earned the team’s Most Inspirational Award three years in a row… Also spent three seasons on the softball team and earned their Hustler Award as a sophomore and junior… Team won the league championship her senior year… Named their Rookie of the Year as a freshman..…
