Cerritos Track & Field (2008): Helped the track team to the state championship by coming in fifth place in the shot put… Finished in fifth place in the shot put in the Southern California Championships and South Coast Conference Championships, while she also competed in the hammer… Posted a personal best in the shot put (34’ 10½”), hammer (116’ 1”), discus (104’ 5”) and javelin (68’ 4”)…..

Lynwood HS: Advanced to the CIF Championships as a senior after earning the team’s Most Valuable Player Award… Competed in the shot put (37’ 2”) and discus (85’ 5”) for two seasons… Helped the team win the San Gabriel Valley League championship as a junior…..
