Attended Cal State Northridge, but did
not play water polo… While in high school, her team won
the CIF Division III championship her freshman,
sophomore and junior years and were undefeated all three
seasons… As a senior, they placed second in the Almont
League after winning the title the three years before…
Was a four-time 1st Team All-League and
All-CIF selection, while she was named the team’s Most
Valuable Player as a junior… Also spent two years on the
swimming team, where they won the league title each
season …Most memorable moment was being a part of a CIF
championship team… Is working on a minor in child
development and is still attending Cal State Northridge…
Is studying to be a school psychologist… Likes to work
out at the gym and go swimming in her spare time…
Nicknamed “Shoety”… Is teammates with sister Kimberly…
Has three other siblings - Placido, Robert and Kassandra…
Is the daughter of Genoveva Castillo… Born on February
2, 1986….. |
