Cerritos (2006):
Earned 2nd Team All-South Coast
Conference honors… Split time with Barbie Diaz
and finished the season with 135 saves in 28
games, while her save total was the fourth most
in one season in school history… Made nine saves
in the post-season against Golden West College…
Turned in a strong eight-same performance
against Chaffey College in the conference
tournament semi-final game… Had a season-high 10
saves in a close wins against Fullerton College
and American River College… Was also a member of
the Falcon swimming team last season…..
La Habra HS:
Was a 1st Team All-Freeway League and
All-CIF selection as a senior after earning 1st
Team all-league recognition as a junior… Helped
lead the team to the league title her junior and
senior seasons… Broke the school record for most
saves in a game (18) as a junior and then broke
her own record as a senior with 22, which was
the second-most in Orange County… Helped lead
the team to their first appearance in the CIF
Playoffs as a junior… Was the team’s Defensive
Most Valuable Player as a freshman and
sophomore…..
Personal:
Most memorable moment was when she set the
record for most saves in a game (22) against
Sunny Hills High… Is studying to be a physician
for professional athletes… Likes to go shopping
in her spare time… Has two siblings – Justin
(23), who played sports at La Habra High and
Danielle (16), who is now playing sports at La
Habra High … Is the daughter of Steven and Linda
Kenny… Born in Whittier, CA on November 16,
