Cerritos Water Polo (2007):
Appeared in 27 games and scored 14 goals, with
three assists and five steals… Scored a
season-high three goals against Los Angeles
Valley College and added two goals against El
Camino College and Santa Ana College… Also had
two steals against Rio Hondo College…..
Bell Gardens HS:
Spent four years on the water polo team and was
a two-time 2nd Team All-Almont League
selection… Also earned 1st Team
all-league honors for two seasons….. Was a
member of the swimming team for three years…
Personal:
Is working on a minor in photography and would
like to transfer to either Cal State Long Beach
or Cal State Dominguez Hills… Likes to listen to
music in her spare time… Has three siblings –
Kendra (22), Marco Jr. (16) and Myriam (12)… Is
the daughter of Marco and Sara Castro… Born in
Compton, CA on July 3, 1988….. |
