Playoffs

The
Falcons
(28-2),
ranked
#2 in
the
state
and
seeded
#2 in
the
playoffs,
will
face
conference
opponent
Mt. San
Antonio
College.
The
Mounties,
seeded
#7,
defeated
#10-seed
Grossmont
College,
7-5 on
Wednesday.
Cerritos,
winners
of a
school-record
21 games
in a
row,
defeated
Mt. SAC,
11-5 in
their
only
meeting
of the
season.
The
winner
of this
game
will
face the
winner
of the
Long
Beach
City-Ventura
winner
on
Saturday.
The top
three
teams
that
advance
from the
regional
playoffs
will
advance
to the
state
championships,
which
will be
played
on
November
20-22 at
Merced
College.
