Advanced to the state championships last season and placed seventh at 133 pounds… Overcame a huge cut over his eye that required seven stitches to win his seventh place match by a pin… Appeared to have won a consolation match by a pin, but the referee ruled his shoulder was down during the attempt and lost the match… Placed fifth in the Southern California Championships… Posted a 17-8 record as a freshman, which included an 11-8 mark at 133 pounds, 5-0 at 141 pounds and 1-0 at 149 pounds… Was named the CIF Championship Most Outstanding Wrestler as a senior in high school after winning the championship… Was a four-time league champion and an All-CIF selection two times… Voted his team’s Most Valuable Player four years in a row, as well as earning 1^st Team All-De Anza League recognition… Earned the Mike Jones Award as a senior… Most memorable moment was when he won the CIF Championship and wrestling for his dad… Would like to transfer to any school that pays for his education… Likes to coach wrestling in his spare time… Has one sibling – Amanda (23)… Is the son of Stan and Cindy Holmes… Born in Riverside, CA on April 2, 1985…..
