Helped lead his team to a second place finish in the CIF Division IV Dual Championships and CIF Division IV Team Championships as a senior… Named his team’s Most Outstanding Senior and was an All-Del Rey League selection… Posted a 44-13 record and won the league championship while coming in fifth place at the CIF Championships… As a junior, he went 12-6 on the mat and came in third place in the league championships… His team won the CIF Division IV Dual Meet Championship and placed third as a team in the CIF Division IV Team Championships… Earned his team’s Most Outstanding Sophomore… Most memorable moments were his high placing in numerous tournaments, including his CIF championship… Would like to transfer to either Cal Poly Pomona or USC and aspires to be an architect… Has three cousins who all wrestled in high school… Likes to play the guitar and wrestle in his spare time… Has three siblings – John (13), Viyanna (8) and Naelynn (6)… Is the son of Michael and Norella Torres… Born in Long Beach, CA on March 26, 1988…..
