Norwalk HS: Won the CIF Championship as a senior and qualified for the Masters Meet… Was a two-time Suburban League champion… As a senior, he earned the Takedown Award, Ironman Award and Most Inspirational Award… Earned the Coaches Award as a junior… Was undefeated in wrestle-offs three straight years… Was a CIF qualifier as a junior and sophomore… Also spent his freshman year on the football team and they won the league championship…..
