A Confidential Benefit for you and your family.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Can Help With Many Concerns:

  • Family/parenting problems
  • Grief/bereavement
  • Marital/relationship issues
  • Stress/anxiety
  • Depression issues
  • Alcohol/drug/other addictions
  • Eldercare/childcare issues
  • Financial/credit counseling
  • Legal referrals

With EAP, you get help when you need it.  It's easy to make the call and it is confidential, so no one will know you called unless you tell them.

Professional counselors answer all calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When you call EAP you may find that you "connect" with the counselor who answers your call.  If so, you may set-up future appointments with this counselor or you may choose to see a counselor near where you live or work.

Your EAP has a comprehensive network of licensed psychologists, social workers, alcohol and drug counselors, marriage counselors, and family counselors.  The EAP can also refer you to eldercare and childcare providers.
