Compare and contrast TWO pairs of problems.

The first in the pair must be a problem from Exam 1 and the second from the review, notes or homework that you consider to be a problem of the same type. if you did not earn at least 7 points on the two problems from the exam below, do these two problems. If you earned 7 or more points on either, then you may choose an alternative.

I. The Distance Problem . [#19 on the exam] + another of the same type
II. The Percent Problem. [#17 on the exam] + another of the same type

For each pair do the following:

Compare and Contrast the Problems:
**How are they the two problems same?
**How are they different?
**How would knowing to solve one of them help you solve the other?

After comparing the problems, write the solutions to these problems side by side.
