Welcome to the Cerritos College English Department
One of the great things about this department is the rapport between full-and part-time faculty. We smile at one another. We help one another. We swap assignments and syllabi. We talk in the hall. And because almost all of us who are now full-time remember the 8:00 AM phone call to teach a class that began at 7:00 and grading papers in the drive-thru of In-N-Out, we regard the part-timer with respect and a measure of awe. We know that your teaching is essential to the success of our students.
Welcome to the English Department.
