Personal
- Favorite Training Location: Parker,
Arizona….along the Colorado River
- Running achievement I am most proud
of: Badwater 2004, Race across the Sahara 2005 and of course being
named to this team for the “2005 World’s”
- Why I run: Freedom of motion, motion
is very healing…..and of course look what we get to eat
- Future Goals: To be able to get up
every morning and continue to compete at this level. To be there to
help others enjoy and get the most out of their running programs.
- Favorite Quotes: This actually came
quite recently from Teri Schneider the day we were to start the 7
day stage race in the Sahara: “Just think about this…for the
next 7 days we get to run, eat and hang out with our friends, it
just doesn’t get any better than this” She was right.
- Additional Comments: This sport has
allowed me to meet and race with some of the finest people out
there. It’s given me the chance to travel to wonderful and exotic
places and make many more friends than would have otherwise been
possible. Thanks to Marshall Ulrich for his wisdoms and Lisa Smith
for all her help.

better than this”
