TRAIL RUNNER MAGAZINE ANNOUNCES VOTING FOR TOP TRAIL RUNNERS OF 2003

Voting begins 9/22/03 at www.trailrunnermag.com

Carbondale, CO (September 18, 2003) - Trail Runner magazine announced today that they will open voting for the 1st Annual Trail Runner of the Year Award. Beginning this afternoon, visitors to the magazine's website, www.trailrunnermag.com, can view each candidates' 2003 accomplishments and choose one male and one female trail runner from an online ballot. Write-in nominees will also be accepted. Voting ends October 21, 2003.

"Trail Runner is THE magazine for all trail zealots," says Michael Benge, Editor, "and we're proud to honor the top athletes in the sport with our first annual Trail Runner of the Year Award.
