Your World Without Wires. The Cerritos College Library is an AT&T WI-FI Hot Spot!
 

Availability The goal of AT&T Wi-Fi service is to provide customers Internet access when and where they want it. AT&T Wi-Fi is currently available in many hotels, restaurants, airports and convention centers, including select McDonald’s restaurants, Barnes & Noble bookstores, Caribou Coffee shops and The UPS Store® and Mail Boxes Etc.® locations. As well as the Cerritos College Library and other locations throughout the Cerritos College Campus. “Roaming” services are available through a number of partners. Roaming access is available through agreements between AT&T Wi-Fi and other Wi-Fi providers to let AT&T Wi-Fi customers access their network at selected hot spots. The only services where “Roaming” is included are the Premier service products. To view other AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots and Roaming locations, please visit AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots. Pricing Subscription Service — Available for High Speed or Dial-up members only. Members can choose from one of the following subscriptions: Basic subscription service provides unlimited access to all AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots — $19.99 per month for high-speed Internet and $9.99 per month for Dial-up. Premier subscription service provides unlimited access to all AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots plus all roaming partner locations — $21.99 per month for high-speed Internet and $29.99 per month for Dial-up. Memberships — Available to non-AT&T Internet access members. Customers can choose from one of the following memberships: Basic memberships provide unlimited Internet access at all AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots for just $19.95 per month with a one year term commitment. Premier memberships provide unlimited Internet access at all AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots, plus all roaming partner locations for just $39.95 per month with a one year term commitment. Prepaid Connection — Provides a day of unlimited access at any AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spot. Prepaid Connections are available in increments of 3, 8 and 20. 3 sessions   -  $25 8 sessions   -  $50 20 sessions -  $100

Quick Connection Instructions

Windows XP (Standard Start Menu)

1. From START menu, select CONNECT TO, then WIRELESS NETWORK CONNECTION.
2. Check "Allow me to connect to the selected wireless network, even though it is not secure."
3. Click attwifi and select CONFIGURE. Click OK.
4. Open your web browser.
5. Select your preferred usage session and payment method.

Quick Connection Instructions

Windows 2000

1. Launch respective device manager software included with your wireless adaptor. Software may vary; however, most all should detect and list the available wireless networks.
2. Click attwifi and select CONFIGURE. Click OK.
3. Open your web browser.
4. Select preferred usage session and payment method.

Mac OSX 

1. Select SYSTEM PREFERENCES.
2. Select NETWORK.
3. Select AIRPORT in show menu.
4. Click TCP/IP tab - make sure DHSCP is selected.
5. Click AIRPORT tab and select attwifi.
6. Click APPLY NOW.
7. Open your web browser.
8. Select preferred usage session and payment method.
