How to Sign-in to MyCerritos

  • I don't know my User ID. How do I get my User ID?
    Use your 7 digit Student Number to sign in to MyCerritos. If you do not know your student number, you may retrieve it using the Student ID Lookup or submit a sign-in assistance form. If your student number is only 6 digits long, simply add a leading zero "0" to the number.
  • Who can sign in to MyCerritos?
    MyCerritos is available to students who have attended classes since Spring 2000, or who have applied to the College for the current term. If you are a former student/alumni looking to access transcripts, please visit the Admissions and Records web site, www.cerritos.edu/transcript.
  • What is my User ID?

  • My Student number is only 6 digits long. What can I do?
    Existing (6 digit) Student ID's require a leading zero "0" to fit the 7 digit format. Example: 0111111
  • What is my Password?
    Use your 8 digit date of birth in this format MMDDYYYY (no other characters). If your password does not work, please submit a sign-in assistance form.
  • I was a student at Cerritos within the last 5 years, but am not taking classes now. Can I still access MyCerritos?
    Yes.
  • How do I get a MyCerritos student account?
    Apply to Cerritos College. The quickest way is to apply online!
  • Can I login from work?
    Gateway Errors, Login Errors or Browser Timeouts can occur if you are using a computer that is behind a firewall either at work or at home. MyCerritos requires port 8099 which means you might be blocked from using MyCerritos unless you or your network administrator open that port. You can also come to campus and use the computers in the Student Success Center to check the class schedule. You may also use computers at the Cerritos Library located at 183rd and Bloomfield.
  • I'm a Cerritos College employee as well as a student. Why won't my 7 digit student number work?
    Because our Cerritos College employees use a different ID to login to PeopleSoft, you will need to contact PeopleSoft-support@cerritos.edu to have your MyCerritos account properly setup.
  • Still cannot sign-in?
