As of January 3, 2005 the hours for the Office of Admissions & Records will be:  

Monday thru Thursday - 8:00 am-7:00 pm; Fridays - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

The Fee Station CLOSES:  Monday thru Thursday - 6:30 pm; Fridays - 3:30 pm.

TRANSCRIPTS:

WE DO NOT FAX TRANSCRIPTS!!

To those interested in ordering transcripts, listed below are the various ways you can now order transcripts from Cerritos College:

To order transcripts in person, apply at the Admissions and Records Office.

If you have never requested transcripts in your lifetime the first two are free - there will be a charge for any additional copies.

The RUSH transcript service is now a 24 Hour (1 Working Day) Process for PICK-UP and will be mailed within 24 HOURS.  There is an additional fee for RUSH transcripts.

If you choose to come into the Admissions Office and order your Transcripts, A PICTURE ID MUST BE PRESENTED.

MAIL the TRANSCRIPT REQUEST to:

The following information MUST be included:

Your Student Number (If you know it).
Your Social Security Number.
Your Full Name (as it appears on your transcripts)
Your Date of Birth.
Where to send the Transcript (destination information).
How many to send.
Your signature on the request.

The first 2 (two) transcripts you EVER order in your lifetime are free, any additional copies are $2 (two) each.

RUSH transcripts are ALWAYS $5 (five) each.  Send either a check or money order payable to Cerritos College.
