DO NOT assume that you need a high grade point average.  Many scholarships have a 2.0 gpa as their requirement:

Please be diligent in your search and do not assume you do not or are not qualified.  Keep in mind, if you spend just ten (10) hours looking for,  applying for and winning a $1,000 scholarship, that is the same as being paid $100 per hour.  Pay of $100 per hour is the equivalent of making over $200,000 per year.

1) Through the school's foundation

2) Through the financial aid office
