Students, Faculty Artists to Debut New Albums at Free Concert

WHAT:The Cerritos College Commercial Music Program will present a live concert celebrating a release of albums by its students and faculty on Friday, February 3.

The concert will feature a short album This Moment by a student band Out of Nowhere, and a full-length album Entropy by Dr. Andrew Maz, commercial music instructor. Both albums were recorded, edited and mixed by the College’s Commercial Music students. The event will feature student musicians and technologies available in the Commercial Music program.

The event will be produced by students in the College’s Portable Entertainment Technology program students, which trains entry-level stage technicians to work on portable entertainment events.

The event is open to the public.
