Word 2003 -
From the menu select Insert, Picture, Organization
Chart. In Help you can search for a tutorial. Use
this phrase "Creating an organization chart in
Office 2003". Select this help item and it will
take you to Microsoft's website and a document that
applies to the following Microsoft Office programs:
Excel 2003, PowerPoint® 2003, Visio® 2003, and Word
2003.
Word 2007 -
Insert Tab, click SmartArt. In the Choose a
SmartArt Graphic gallery, click Hierarchy, click an
organization chart layout (such as Organization
Chart), and then click OK. This will get you
started. There's a tutorial in Help ?. Click the ?
button (upper-right corner in Word) Search for
"Create an organization chart".
