PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION:

1. Complete all the "mandatory" sections.  Your application will not be processed if you do not complete those sections.

2. Your application must include your English and Math placement scores or proof that you have successfully completed these two requirements. Your application will not be processed without this information.

3. You must submit a copy of your transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable) to the SHP.  Please note: if you have not completed at least 12 units at Cerritos College, you will need to send us your high school transcripts.  Do not send us a copy of your Cerritos College transcripts if you have not earned any credit.  Either deliver your transcripts to the SHP Office or scan and email them to: shp-info@cerritos.edu. Your application will not be processed if you do submit your transcripts.
