The objective of the court reporting program
is to prepare the student to achieve certification as a California "Certified
Shorthand Reporter" (CSR) and to function professionally on entering the field.
The program is approved by the Court Reporters Board of California and complies with all
rules and regulations. By combining the certificate with an associate or
bachelors degree, the student can attain a stronger academic foundation and
knowledge of a broad range of subjects which will be an asset in this challenging
profession.[ RAPS HOME PAGE ] [ RAPS Member Schools ]
