I found a few resources that list many captioning companies.  This would be a good place  to start your search if you need to contract out to get videos captioned or provide realtime captioners (CART Reporters) to students.

Captioning Web provides a list of Captioning Companies throughout the United States.

 The Captioned Media Program specifically lists captioning service vendors for education. 

The Machine Shorthand site has a comprehensive list of reporters offering captioning services.
