Section 11135 of the Government Code

SB 105 was the legislation that amended Section 11135 of the Government Code,and

Sections 19050 and 19050.5 of, added Section 19054 to, and Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 19095)

to Part 1 of Division 10 of,theWelfare and Institutions Code, relating to human services.

Basically put these statutes state that an entity receiving funding from the State of California will comply with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
