The college’s General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program (ASEP) has received a tool set worth more than $1,400 from Milwaukee Tool. The set includes automotive-focused hand tools and power tool accessories, as well as branded giveaways for instructors and students.
Milwaukee Tool has teamed up with 13 GM ASEP schools across the country to launch a new program during the fall 2024 semester that allows instructors and students to gain hands-on experience with its products. Milwaukee Tool is well-known for its cordless power tools and is now looking to expand into hand tools.
Cerritos College has been chosen as one of only two colleges in California to participate in this program.
