Import Technician Program

The Import Technician Training Program (ITTP) is a two year certificate program offered by Cerritos College. The program requires the completion of six automotive classes over a two year period along with fiveoccupational work experience classes. At the completion of this program, the student will receive the ITTP certificate from Cerritos College. The completion of academic classes for an AA degree is not required for the certificate, however it is highly recommended.

Within the ITTP Program we have partnerships with three major automotive manufacturers which allows us to offer some unique training opportunities. Our relationship with these three major automotive manufactures allows us to offer manufacturer specific training that is typically only available through corporate training centers. This is a value added bonus to an already diverse automotive curriculum. The ITTP program is a great way to "jump start" your future career in the automotive industry.
