Phil Herrera is a Cerritos College student. He is actively involved in Associated Students of Cerritos College (ASCC) serving on the senate as well as the M.E.C.H.A. committee. Mr. Herrera is interested in representing his fellow students and making a positive impact as well.  He was elected and currently serves as the ASCC Student Trustee for 2018-19 academic year.
