    Although she was barely five feet tall, Lisa Moya stood tall for the Cerritos College women's basketball team from 1997-99 and led them to the Southern California Regional Playoffs twice, as well as the state tournament semifinal game.     Los Angeles City College President Renee D. Martinez presented a conversation about a journey of a Latina college president on March 24.
