  • College Welcomes Back Students with In-N-Out Burgers

    New and continuing students of Cerritos College were treated to a special welcome-back-to school tradition with free In-N-Out burger. Nearly 1,500 meals were served between September 7 and 8 at the ASCC’s Welcome/Club Info activities in Falcon Square. In addition to free burgers, student clubs provided information to get involved on campus with fun activities, displays and demonstrations, as well as Mountain Dew passed out free samples.

  • Cerritos College Psi Beta Chapter Receive National Awards

    The Cerritos College chapter of Psi Beta was honored at the annual American Psychological Association national convention in Denver, Colorado. Professor of Psychology at Cerritos College Dr. Kimberley Duff, Associate Professor Dr. Jaclyn Ronquillo and two students, Nancy Gomez, Noemi Salazar, attended the conference. The Cerritos College chapter of Psi Beta received a Chapter Excellence Award...Link to the full story about psychology students

    Cerritos College's Science, Engineering and Mathematics Division will host the Fifth Annual STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) Open House on Friday, September 30. With a strong focus on increasing interest in STEM fields, the event will feature chemistry ice cream making, strawberry DNA extraction, water scum analysis...     Career Services and the Re-Entry Resource Program will host Majors Fair on Tuesday, September 20. Attendees can learn about certificate, degree and transfer programs that are available at the College, as well as future career choices. Staff and faculty from various disciplines will be on hand to provide information and answer questions about the programs they offer.
