Black History Month Concludes with Black Hair Style Discussion and Umoja

Cerritos College's Black History Month celebrations concluded last week. Curl Time: The Politics of Cultural Identity and Black Hair Styles featured a lively discussion on the tension between traditional black cultural hair styles and American beauty standards on February 26. Students connected with the Umoja support program over lunch on February 28.

Spring Dance Concert Coming March 14-16
