Get Fit and Achieve Wellness: Campus Fitness Program Begins March 25

Say bye to your gym membership, and work out on campus! The Falcon Get Fit Program provides employees with lunchtime and after-work exercise opportunities on campus. The Lunch Time Open Workout starts today, and the Couch to 5K Training program begins on March 28. Group fitness classes are coming soon.
