Cerritos College Psi Beta Chapter and Advisor Receive National Awards
The Cerritos College chapter of Psi Beta was honored with a Chapter Excellence Award
at the 2019 American Psychological Association national convention.
The national award recognizes chapters that have achieved the mission of Psi Beta, professional development of psychology students at community colleges through promotion and recognition of excellence in scholarship, leadership, research and community service.
Dr. Jaclyn Ronquillo, chapter co-advisor and assistant professor of psychology, received an Early Career Psychologist Award. Additionally, Dr. Kimberley Duff, chapter co-advisor and professor of psychology was inducted as the 2019-21 Psi Beta National President.
