The 76,000-square-foot complex is the campus' first green-certified building through the bond construction program that meets sustainability requirements outlined by the U.S. Green Building Council.

The Health & Wellness Complex consists of six new buildings: Athletic Team Rooms Building, Dance Building, Fitness Building, Conference Center, Health Services Building, and a Physical Education Building, centralizing essential functions to the Health, Physical Education, Dance and Athletics department and Student Health Services. The new 13,000-square-foot Team Rooms building boasts nine team rooms serving the needs of the College’s robust physical education and athletic programs, including baseball, men’s and women’s soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, water polo, and wrestling. The 9,000-square-foot Student Health Services building features triage, treatment rooms, lab, counseling and meeting rooms, nurse’s station, and offices, making it a more accessible, efficient facility where students can receive quality health care services.
