Submit your financial aid application online at www.fafsa.gov or www.caldreamact.org. 

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the California Dream Act Application becomes available for the upcoming award year. 

To apply for Cal Grant and  Student Success Completion Grant you must submit both applications by the May 2nd Deadline.

1. FAFSA or California Dream Act
2. GPA Verification Form  

• Check your To Do List on MyCerritos or respond to Missing Information Letter. 
• Submit all required forms/documentation to the Financial Aid Office by the June 30 Priority Deadline.

Note: If you are selected for verification it is important to use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to pull in your IRS tax data to the FAFSA. 

Financial Aid Office begins notifying students of awards.  You will be sent an award notification via message center on your MyCerritos.  You may also view your awards on MyCerritos. Refund selection kits will be sent to new students who are eligible for financial aid funds. 

If eligible, first disbursements will be released on the first day of school. Login to MyCerritos to view your account activity to check if your disbursement has been processed.
