Join us for Cerritos College’s 70th Anniversary Día de los Muertos Celebration, Noche con la Familia- an evening dedicated to honoring loved ones who have passed and celebrating the beauty of life, culture, and remembrance.

Experience a vibrant night of community, featuring:

  • Student- and community-created ofrendas (altars)
  • Live DJ, performances, and art
  • Local food vendors and cultural artisans
  • Film screening of Disney’s Coco host by Mecha
✨ Ofrenda Opportunity:

Individuals, student clubs, and community organizations are invited to create ofrendas in honor of ancestors, community heroes, or cultural traditions.

Are you a Cerritos College student who loves creating TikToks, IG Reels, or short-form videos? We want to collaborate with you! Our Día de los Muertos 2025 team is seeking student content creators to help document, highlight, and share the spirit of Noche con la Familia across campus and community platforms.

This is a chance to showcase your creativity, build your portfolio, and help tell the story of how we honor culture, remembrance, and connection at Cerritos College.

This year’s event will raise funds through the Cerritos College Foundation to support scholarships for our Puente and Undocu student communities. People can contribute directly to the Foundation to help make these scholarships possible.
