Information to Download Customizable Excel Templates

To download templates

1. Right-click on a clink and Choose Save Target As
2. Save the Excel document to your Z drive or other location
3. Open your Z drive or navigate to where you saved the Excel document
4. Double-click on the document to open it in Excel

2. Choose Save  when the window below pops-up
3. Save the Excel document to your Z drive or other location

When this box appears, click on Save and navigate to your Z drive (My Computer > Z drive), click the Save button.

Grade Templates
Click Save when the File Download dialog appears
Copy student names and numbers from the attendance sheet, paste into one of the templates below.

Mac users, for a nice Excel grade template, download one of the Excel Templates for Microsoft Office listed above from the Microsoft Web site, and change the file extension from .xlt to .xls. Open the grade book with Excel.
