Cerritos Culinary Arts offers Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, and Culinary Management programs. We provide our students a culinary education with an 800-hour kitchen laboratory training. Our state of the art production kitchen operates three on-campus food outlets: a fine dining restaurant, a high-volume cafe, and banquet and catering services.
