According to the CDC, "Physical Education provides cognitive content and instruction designed to develop motor skills, knowledge, and behaviors for physical activity and physical fitness."  Our department is happy to offer this type of learning for you so that you can develop a health fitness habits for lifelong fitness.  Our classes are focused on physical fitness, team and individual sports.

The vast majority of the classes have returned to being offered on campus with face to face instruction, but some can still be found online for those students who find this instructional method appealing.  The physical education, fitness and activity facilities opened just a few years ago and are by far some of the best that can be found.  There is a large weight room, fitness room, spin and fitness studio as well as gymnasium and aquatics facility to name a few.
