ACCJC External Evaluation Report

The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges, Western Association of Schools and Colleges, at its meeting on June 4-6, 2014, took action to issue Warning with the requirement that Cerritos College complete a Follow-Up Report by March 15, 2015 addressing the three recommendations outlined in its letter dated July 3, 2014.

Warning is the least severe of the four sanctions that ACCJC can issue when an institution has not met or partially met standards. Cerritos College remains fully accredited. The recommendations will not impact students earning credits toward degrees, certificates, transfers, and Financial Aid is also available for eligible students.
