2020 Institutional Self-Evaluation Report

From February 24 - 27, 2020, an team of experienced educators will visit Cerritos College to evaluate whether the College continues to meet accreditation standards and sustain educational quality and institutional effectiveness. To prepare for that visit, Cerritos College wrote a comprehensive Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (ISER). This document is intended to show evidence to the visiting peer-review team that Cerritos College meets the ACCJC standards for accreditation.

Teams of Cerritos College employees from every department, representing faculty, students, classified, confidential, and management employees prepared this report. Sections of the report draft were reviewed and evaluated in all shared governance committees and by the Senate of the Associated Students of Cerritos College. The College held three campus-wide forums, open to the public, to receive input regarding the quality of the College and its academic programs as related to the ACCJC standards for accreditation. The report was certified by the Cerritos College Board of Trustees at their December 11, 2019 meeting.
